The Future Of Massage Therapy

The Future Of Massage Therapy Profession is in Research.

Credible , well-designed research that yields clear information about how massage affects human function allows therapists to build bridges with the rest of the health care community.
It allows us to market massage as a self-care prevention strategy rather than an occasional luxury.
There is a new site for therapists and the general public to go to for academic, peer-reviewed research information. It is available online as a quarterly electronic publication.

Years ago my former business partner and I coined the phrase,
"Massage is a Necessity, not a Luxury"
and I am happy to see that after all these years, that is becoming more accepted in the general public than ever before.

I often end my work week with a hearty massage..i believe that in doing so, i became a better person inside and out, alleviating all the stress from work..its one of the few things in life that makes me happy, second to shopping furniture. good thing i dont have to take care of the Furniture assembly nowadays because i can call on the experts anytime.
